The Beginning of it All

The year was 2136. The world had just started using renewable, completely replacing fossil fuels. During this time, a terrorist cell called The Shadow Phoenix was plotting. They saw a chink in the armor, no wars were occurring and everyone's guards were down. The first attack happened January 15, everyone prepared for the holidays and, the newest economic plan, a one currency world, had gone into affect. They had just built the new "World Bank" and things were going well. Till the Shadow Phoenix bombed it and killed anyone within one mile of it. 10,000 people in New York city died that day. The leaders of the world gathered at the UN to discuss what to do about this. While they did that, the Shadow Phoenix finally finished their 15,000 nuclear warheads, which they started making 2007. They picked when all the leaders were in the UN and then, launched all their warheads at every mile of the world. Billions died leaving only 500,000 people living, 90,000 of which died months later. The world became a cold, dark, place...and then the Shadow Phoenix planned the revival of their new world, saying "We will rise from our ashes"
